Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A few years ago I hired JCarstens to do some work for me. Jason was fabulous in workmanship, quality, efficiency, and professionalism. I contacted Jason to do another small job for me, only to discover he'd sold the company. Kevin, the new owner, contacted me and offered to do the job. Not knowing anything about Kevin, I'd met with him more than once prior to hiring. Due to the good vibes I felt, and believing Jason would have only sold his company to a reputable person, I took a chance. No regrets whatsoever! Not only was the work done with great precision, it was done promptly and all subcontractors were responsible and easy to work with. Kevin was extremely responsive, always dependable, and involved in the entire process. I am happy to spread the word of finding a builder/contractor you can depend on and one who does quality work.
